Miele, the premier manufacturer of appliances, has launched thePureLine range in the UAE. Featuring built-in kitchen appliances, the range includes ovens, steam cookers, coffee machines, microwave ovens, and cooker hoods. ThePureLine range has been designed by Miele head designer Andreas Enslin and his team, who were inspired by the modern habits and needs of today’s consumers.
Defined by an extensive use of glass, all appliances are intended to integrate seamlessly with each other, allowing for a clean, continuous linear design, versatility and user convenience in the kitchen.
The new range also features M-Touch technology, which allows users to instantly find an automatic programme, quickly identify an operating mode or adjusting temperature in a few simple steps.

LINCAT
Commercial catering equipment manufacturer, Lincat, has launched Refresh, a range of ductless air recirculation units. Developed in conjunction with sister company Britannia Kitchen Ventilation, these self-contained, free standing kitchen air recirculation units are designed to be used where ducting to outside is impractical.
They work by extracting the cooking fumes from directly above the equipment and filtering contaminated air through an advanced four-stage filtration process before recirculating clean air back into the kitchen.
The new range includes the Refresh Mini, Midi and Maxi, which can accommodate either single or multiple items of equipment up to 500mm, 1000mm and 15000mm wide, respectively.
