More details have emerged on the first and only legal wines, spirits, and beers home delivery service in Dubai which has been launched by MMI and African + Eastern.

It’s the first time the two companies have collaborated and will allow for secure online ordering with next day delivery via the website www.legalhomedelivery.com.

It’s open to all Dubai residents who can provide a valid liquor licence upon delivery of their goods, as well as for tourists who simply need to confirm their tourist status using their passport.

Mike Glen, managing director MMI – UAE & Oman said: “MMI and African + Eastern have come together to provide a solution for the community that will bring our customers even more choice. LegalHomeDelivery.com is the only legal home delivery service for wines, spirits and beers in Dubai.

“Customers can make their purchases safe in the knowledge that all products are 100% authentic. Our teams will transport and store all deliveries in climate-controlled conditions, direct to our customers’ homes, with a quality guarantee. We hope that this service will provide our customers, even more, convenience during these unprecedented times.”

There are currently over 500 brands to choose from on the website including the world’s top 10 spirits brands, a range of wines, beers, and ciders.

Orders placed before midday will be delivered the next day. There’s a minimum spend of AED250 plus a delivery charge of AED50.

All drivers will wear face masks and gloves during delivery due to the coronavirus pandemic and are trained to high levels of sanitisation before handling any products.
