Coffee equipment company Franke Kaffeemaschinen AG, part of Franke Group, has expanded its digital services for customers and operators.

Promotional images and marketing campaigns displayed on a touchscreen interface can now be managed and monitored on Franke coffee machines remotely. Using cloud connection technology, operators can display an up to date promotion across their fleet of machines and share other key pieces of information with customers.

According to Franke Kaffeemaschinen AG, the digital service will increase upsell potential with seasonal drink promotions, create cross-selling opportunities for coffee-related products and keep customers informed on the latest promotions.

Operators can also use the technology to monitor how a promotional product has been selling at each point of sale, using the data to adjust supply and coffee bean orders.
