Alfa has introduced Alfa ONE, a compact and lightweight portable oven that operates with the power of traditional ovens.

Alfa ONE has the ability to cook in 10 minutes reaching a temperature of 1.000°F, baking one pizza in 60 seconds and 45 pizzas per hour. Its dimensions are 28x21x18 inches for a weight of less than 110 lbs and 77 lbs without the refractory floor. The new product features soft lines with a double curve system and will be available in three colours.

Alfa ONE is an all-purpose wood-fired oven, manufactured entirely in-house with high-quality Italian materials. The cooking chamber built of 441 stainless steel based on the Forninox technology, uses an innovative, patented smoke flow system to enhance performance and safety, bringing temperature up while reducing emissions and fuel consumption at the same time. The dome is powder-coated in seven coats to stand the elements and the test of time.

Alfa’s product and marketing manager, Giulia Lauro said: “The ONE oven is the answer to a specific market need: being able to bake a pizza in 60 seconds on your balcony or in a cramped backyard. Its lightness and compactness bring a genuine added value to the product from unpacking it to using it and makes pizza cooking a no-brainer.”
