Kerten Hospitality, in collaboration with RIKAZ and RAFAL and with the backing of the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, has announced the House Urban Eco Resort in Riyadh.
The House Urban Eco Resort aims to blend green living with the city landscape. Offering a range of services, the resort features outdoor workspaces and communal areas. There are also integrated dining and event spaces, providing a backdrop for private gatherings and curated events.
The resort will have a wellness focus and is said to be a sustainable urban oasis, combining eco-consciousness with upscale amenities. Dining experiences will see local chefs offer behind-the-scenes culinary adventures.
Kerten Hospitality plans to expand the concept across Saudi Arabia, targeting various urban centres, and meeting the rising demand for eco-friendly hospitality options.
RIKAZ, under the leadership of chairman & CEO Khalid Algahtani, is known for its community-centric projects that prioritise environmental values. RAFAL is a lifestyle developer led by CEO Elias Abou Samra.
