IHG Hotels & Resorts announces another Saudi property

The partnership showcases IHG's commitment to furthering its footprint in Saudi Arabia

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement to launch voco & Suites Jeddah, in collaboration with Rusd Group.

The hotel, currently in advanced construction stages, is planning to welcome guests from September 2024.

Having achieved success in the MENA region, voco has witnessed multiple signings and openings in countries such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, and Egypt.

Positioned on Jeddah Beach Road with a view of the Red Sea and in proximity to the Jeddah Central Development, voco & Suites Jeddah will have 110 keys, covering rooms and suites.

F&B will include an all-day dining venue, a speciality restaurant and a coffee shop. There wwThe hotel is equipped with meeting venues, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.

Currently operating 40 hotels across five brands in Saudi Arabia, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, and voco, IHG has a robust development pipeline with 36 hotels set to open within the next three to five years.
