Iftar here commences with a welcome drink in the chic, modern interior.
Diners can then tuck into a platter of such preparations as Machhi Amritsari, king fish marinated with red chilli, turmeric and lemon juice crisp fried in a chick pea flour batter and Murgh ke Pakode, batter fried chicken supreme flavoured with carom seeds and coriander.
The next course is a platter of grilled meats and cottage cheese served with naan bread.
The main course features a selection of curries and biryanis, such as the Hyderabadi Gosht Biryani, leg of lamb marinated with mint, coriander and pomegranate seeds, layered with Basmati rice.
Finish on a sweet note, guests can indulge in such desserts as the Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse, Gulab Jamun stuffed with pistachio and Rose Firni.
La Porte des Indes is one of the few restaurants in The Address Dubai Mall that will stay open for lunch during Ramadan, offering its a la carte menu daily, 12pm onwards.

The Iftar menu is priced at AED 125 for two courses, AED 155 for three courses, AED 175 for four courses and AED 195 for five courses.
Custom menus can be created for private outdoor parties.
