Castle Hotel Management has appointed Ismail Ibrahim as general manager of the upcoming Mercure Muscat.
Graduating with a degree in hotel management from the University of Alexandria, Ibrahim has amassed over twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector across various regions.
His career has seen him take on leadership roles in establishments across Oman, the UAE, and Egypt for the likes of Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, IHG, Mövenpick and Wyndham.
Ibrahim’s new employers say he has showcased his adept leadership and dedication to crafting exceptional guest experiences throughout his career.
The Mercure Muscat, positioned as a deluxe four star destination in the city centre, has 186 rooms and suites, as well as banquet facilities, a spa, gym, and an outdoor pool. There’s also an all-day restaurant, an Asian-inspired eatery, and a lobby café.
