The long-time hotel manager of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has been promoted. Jason Rodgers is now general manager of the towering capital city hotel, his most senior role across 25 years with Four Seasons.
During his time as hotel manager, Rodgers’ leadership resulted in strong operational success and recognitions for the hotel. He led crucial projects in Bahrain, such as opening the hotel’s private beach, water park, and beach club. Rodgers’s approach played a key role in increasing guest satisfaction and repeat business, which also had a significant impact in the commercial success of the property in 2022, which was a record-breaking year.
Jason Rodgers’ career
Rodgers began his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 1998 as a management trainee in Kuala Lumpur and grew with the company in various properties. In 2000 he moved to Dublin, where he assumed managerial roles for three years in guest services department. In 2003 he headed to Hampshire, United Kingdom as the front office manager for the opening of Four Seasons Hampshire. He spent five years at the property, where he also received a promotion to assistant director of rooms. in 2008, a pre-opening called yet again, leading Rodgers to Four Seasons Mauritius at Anahita, this time as the director of rooms.
Afterward, Four Seasons Doha became the address where he first experienced the Middle East region.
