Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights has appointed Fredrick Kallukaran and Ramin Yousefi Pour to its culinary team.
Kallukaran is the new assistant director of food and beverage, while Pour is the hotel’s new head chef.
Kallukaran has been with Hyatt since 2005, when he joined Hyatt Regency Mumbai. Since moving to Dubai in 2013, he has worked at various Hyatt properties, including the flagship Grand Hyatt Dubai, where he was F&B manager.
New head ched Pour has a culinary career spanning 18 years. His most recent position was executive sous chef at Grand Hyatt Dubai. He first joined Hyatt in 2015 as chef de cuisine events.
