Ahmed Kamal has been elevated from DOSM
Five-star beachside property Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection has appointed a new hotel manager to lead operations.
Ahmed Kamal has been with the group since 2013 where he acted as director of sales and marketing. Since joining the Marriott International brand, Kamal has spearheaded many successful campaigns in the northern emirate, working with Ajman Department of Tourism Development to elevate the city’s international recognition.
Prior to his stint in Ajman, he has worked at Le Meridien, Fisherman’s Cove Le Meridien, Barbarons Seychelles where he boosted the property’s ADR by 22 percent.
In his new position, he will overall all day-to-day operations of the 205-key hotel.
With the intensive experience of shouldering pre-opening and launch of multiple hotels across various continents from Africa to Asia and now in Middle East, Ahmed said “My efforts as the hotel manager will be focused on introducing luxury to the new generation. Luxury that is conscious of the impact on the environment and society.”
