Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City has employed Claudia Pittau as its guest service manager.

Pittau will be responsible for supporting the front office management team and also working with the hotel’s ‘spa and leisure’ service, handling its operations.

As guest service manager, Pittau also responds to the majority of feedback from customers at the hotel, maintaining the hotel’s image on TripAdvisor and other review platforms.

The Italian-national previously spent four years in London, UK working as a receptionist at Hilton before later becoming a guest relations manager at InterContinental London – The O2.
