Hotel management company — Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) — has promoted Faycal Ouaissa to the position of director of food & beverage.

Ouaissa has been working with the group for the last four years as the head of operational support.

Specialising in launching new F&B concepts, Ouissa has worked with leading brands such as Marriott, One and Only, Le Meridien and Hilton.

Speaking about the appointment, Ferghal Purcell, COO of Hospitality Management Holding said: “Appointing Ouaissa reinforces our strategic vision towards investing in the future.
