Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort provides self-care tutorials
The hotel has unveiled some homemade remedies for isolated readers
Five-star hotel Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort has unveiled its selection of self-care ideas as spas across the emirate remain temporarily closed.
One of the remedies uses yoghurt, cucumber and brown sugar to create a quick face mask. Left on for 20 minutes, the mask helps dissolve dead skin cells, while reducing inflammation and exfoliating the skin.
Other ideas include an aloe vera and orange mask, abundant in vitamin A and C to help reduce tan lines and breakouts. The coffee and honey facemask is mixed with lemon juice to create a face scrub which can help with anti-aging and moisturising the skin.
At the end of last month, Minor Hotels’ Anantara pledged it would upload daily content to its Nomads Blog page to keep isolated readers positive and connected to the group. Anantara explained: “Whether it’s nourishing and immunity boosting recipes from our culinary chefs from the Maldives to Oman, wellness boosting home spa remedies, or home workouts and fitness tips from our exceptional team members, such as martial arts lessons from Vietnam’s Anantara Quy Nhon’s resident Việt Võ Đạo martial arts master, Mr Phuc. The Nomad’s blog will be regularly refreshed with fun and nourishing recipes, experiences and bucket-list ideas for future travels.”
