Two Seasons Hotel and Apartments Dubai recently announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Now in its ninth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that have consistently earned exceptional traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Recipients of the Certificate of Excellence include restaurants, accommodations and attractions that continually deliver quality customer experiences.

Two Seasons’ management company’s managing director, Freddy Farid said: "We are honored to receive the prestigious TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2019 based on consistent high scores from our guests. This award is a credit to the staff that works so hard to provide a memorable stay to all our guests and we'd like to thank all of our guests who took the time to complete a review on TripAdvisor. “

TripAdvisor’s vice president of brand, Neela Pal said: “This recognition allows us to publicly recognise businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help travelers confidently experience the most highly reviewed places to eat, stay, and explore.”

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on the platform for at least 12 months.
