Swissôtel Al Ghurair takes part in Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019

The property has teamed up with Al Ghurair Centre for the launch of wellness

Swissôtel Al Ghurair and Al Ghurair Centre have signed up for the annual Dubai Fitness Challenge to host 30-days of 30-minutes exercise classes.

Running up until 16 November 2019, the initiative will feature a series of free to attend 30-minute work-out classes and activities.

Classes will be held at various locations within the complex including the property’s health and fitness facilities, the Pool Deck, the Workout Studio as well as in the Al Naadi Sports Club located in Al Ghurair Centre.

Two sessions daily timed at 9am and 7pm will include zumba, HIIT, bootcamp, core & more, stretching and a range of pool activities. Qualified trainers from Swissotel Spa and Sports will lead the sessions.

The property’s GM, Dominic Arel said: “At Swissôtel Al Ghurair we’re always up for a challenge, especially something as fun and important as the Dubai Fitness Challenge. As a community hotel, we are always looking for ways to engage with our guests, international travellers and local residents. Initiatives such as the Dubai Fitness Challenge are a great way of bringing together the community and showing the huge benefits just 30 minutes of exercise, every day for 30 days can have on your health and well-being. Our team of expert in-house health and fitness trainers will lead twice-daily classes. Everyone who registers for the Dubai Fitness Challenge can attend for free, and we look forward to welcoming guests and local community members for a month of fantastic fitness and plenty of smiles!”
