Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments Dubai, in association with Dubai Municipality, organised a campaign to clean up the public beach near La Mer Beach on 13 October, 2019.

The company’s CSR initiative was aimed to encourage environmental conservation and protection of Dubai’s coastline. Two Seasons Hotel staff volunteered to participate in this activity.

Two Seasons Management Company FZ LLC’s managing director, Freddy Farid said: “Such initiatives reflect the remarkable level of environmental commitment that the company promotes. It also speaks about a rich culture of a company that is striving to spread awareness among different spectrums of society about the dangers of lead pollution and its direct damage to the environment, coastal and marine habitats. Also, the pollution caused by throwing plastic bags and other waste on beaches is a matter of grave concern. As a company, we intend to improve recycling programs, raising guests’ awareness and supporting the adoption of improved waste management practices. We are proud to contribute to the biodiversity of the UAE. And this participation is in line with a wider series of initiatives under our Green Globe Label and Dubai Government directives aiming to enhance environmental awareness.”
