Equestrian tournaments at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club

Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club has revealed this year’s polo tournaments, show jumping and dressage competitions.

The club will be holding show jumping competitions scheduled to run monthly, starting in October 2019 with several dressage competitions throughout the season. The club being part of the Emirates Equestrian Federation calendar, will also be hosting a national show jumping competition on 27 and 28 March, 2020.

The polo calendar features fifteen tournaments comprising low, medium and high-goal tournaments. Aside from the Halloween cup, UAE National Day cup, Sir Winston Churchill cup and the AHPRC Leagues, an addition to this year's roster is the Ladies Charity cup.

The Dubai Polo Gold cup series continues and is scheduled to run from 24 January, 2020.

The Al Habtoor Riding School hosted ab open evening recently where they offered free riding assessment sessions, pony rides, stable tours and riding demos by qualified instructors.

The Polo Academy followed suit when it hosted an open day on 5 October, 2019. Led by the academy’s head coach, the free event provided an introduction to polo.
