The luxury medical retreat and spa Clinique La Prairie at Montreux, Switzerland has introduced the Executive Vitality programme curated by CLP medical specialists. It takes a 360 degree health and immersive approach and is a five-night stay targeted towards corporate groups.

Visitors will explore physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and will find an increased mental focus.

Amidst the the Swiss riviera and through CLP’s facilities, the Executive Vitality programme builds on Clinique La Prairie’s four pillars of philosophy: medicine, nutrition, movement and wellbeing.

The programme entails a medical check-up, a laboratory analysis and ECG,  meditation sessions, diet plans, nutrition-based cooking workshops, outdoor hikes, team-building workshops, Ayurvedic massages, reflexology treatments, yoga classes and access to spa and fitness facilities.

The programme must be booked for a minimum of six people.
