Mandarin Oriental expands guest-recognition programme experiences
Experiences include Partner Benefits from global luxury brands and organisations
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has extended Fans of M.O., its guest recognition programme, with the addition of members-only experiences.
Members of the programme receive a range of complimentary privileges and personalised recognition when staying at Mandarin Oriental hotels worldwide, including Partner Benefits from global luxury brands and organisations. With the extension, members can also choose to participate in a wide variety of select hotel and partner experiences which are updated every three months.
Experiences include private cooking lessons at the Oriental Thai cooking school in Bangkok and stretching sessions in Doha.
Speaking on the updated guest experiences, Mandarin Oriental hotel group’s VP of brand and experience marketing, Kristin Ruble said: “We continue to evolve the member experiences available at Mandarin Oriental destinations worldwide to offer our guests a more immersive experience every time they stay with us.”
