Mango Tree Thai Bistro expands vegan offerings
Its new vegan menu will comprise 15 plant-based dishes
Created by head chef Atip Intarakased, the menu recreates popular Thai dishes for a vegan audience. Dishes include a red curry with coconut and mushrooms, along with a tofu gor-lae with a coconut curry base. Other dishes include the pumpkin green curry, vegetable green curry and jungle curry.
There are also a number of salads, including grilled pumpkin and quinoa larb.
The venue is open daily from 1pm to 1am.
