Mediterranean-fusion restaurant opens at Bab Al Qasr Hotel
The restaurant will be headed by the hotel’s director of F&B Samer Saleh
Five-star property Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences has opened a Mediterranean-fusion restaurant. Rosemary is centred on a shared-dining concept and will be headed by Bab Al Qasr Hotel director of F&B Samer Saleh.
Dishes include seafood paella, braised beef ribs or caramelised crema Catalana. With its own mixologist, the venue explained it has the largest selection of sangria flavours in Abu Dhabi. In reference to the restaurant’s name, a range of rosemary-infused mocktails can also be prepared.
Each Monday the venue will provide free-flowing sangria for two hours when diners spend at least AED200 on food. On Wednesdays, all you can eat paella will be served in the evening at AED99 per person. Thursdays will see a family brunch arranged while Friday guests can receive 50% off their total bill from 7pm to 8pm.
Bab Al Qasr Hotel GM Nemo Acimovic explained: “Just like what you’d expect when dining waterside in the Mediterranean, patrons of Rosemary will have an array of sharing platter to choose from in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.”
Acimovic added: “We’ve carefully designed a menu full of Mediterranean favourites and ‘crowd-pleasers’ using only the freshest of locally-grown ingredients. Giving the gourmands of Abu Dhabi a real taste of Rosemary’s Mediterranean culinary delights.”
