Pescatarian dining concept opens at Vida Creek Harbour, Dubai
Soulgreen is licensed and has an 80% plant-based menu
Soulgreen has opened its first restaurant outside of Italy at Vida Creek Harbour, Dubai.
The pescatarian concept aims to provide local and sustainable dining options on a menu which is 80% plant-based and 20% fish.
Founder Stefano Percassi said: “This is our first Soulgreen outside Italy, and I am very proud to open at Vida Creek Harbour, with majestic views of the iconic Dubai skyline. Opening the first Soulgreen in Dubai, the hub of the region was a natural decision, and I am both excited and confident about future expansion within the GCC. As a company we are making a commitment to being eco-friendly, plastic free and working with local suppliers who support our beliefs for giving back to the community and being kind to the environment.”
Water is filtered and completed free and unlimited for both still and sparkling, living up to the company’s philosophy that “Water is life, water is free.”
The fully-licensed restaurant’s menu is broken down into bites, bowls, pasta and soups, burgers, salads, and sweets, and is both gluten and dairy-free.
Customers can enjoy the likes of red quinoa burger, minestrone soup, and homemade green hummus, while mango cheesecake and crème brulee are among the dessert options.
Soulgreen also supports Mission Bambini an Italian association which provides daily water and food for children in developing countries around the world. People and children in need receive healthy and balanced diets through its ‘Proud to give back’ programme.
