Five-star beach resort, Kempinski Hotel Muscat has announced its festive itinerary for the December and January months.

Date: December 1, 8, 15, 22

Time: 4pm-6pm

Price: OMR 14 (inclusive of class of champagne)

Hosted by executive pastry chef Serhat Mizrakli, there will be a festive tasting menus held on Sundays of the month. The afternoon tea will be accompanied by live piano music.

Christmas tree lighting

Location: Kempinski Hotel lobby

Date: December 4

Time: 6:30pm

Along with the Christmas tree lighting, there will also be the hotel’s choir, as well as festive food given out and a visit from Santa for the younger guests.

Christmas Eve dinner

Location: The Kitchen

Date: December 24

Price: OMR 26 (inclusive of soft drinks and juices) and OMR 35 (inclusive of house drinks)

The eatery shall host a Christmas-themed buffet. There will also be free access to Dippy’s Clubhouse – a children’s’ play zone, along with half price dinner for children aged six-12 and free of charge for those below six.

Christmas Eve dinner

Location: Zale

Date: December 24

Price: OMR 35 (inclusive of wine pairing and champagne)

A festive five-course meal shall be served. The dinner includes a wine pairing and views of the nearby beach.

Christmas Day brunch

Location: The Kitchen

Date: 1pm-4pm

Time: December 25

Price: OMR 30 (including soft drinks and juices) and OMR 45 (including premium house beverages)

Consisting of live cooking stations and classic dishes like turkey with all the trimmings.

Boxing Day and Friday festive brunch

Location: The Kitchen

Date: December 26, 27

Time: 1pm-4pm

Price: OMR 30 (including soft drinks and juices) and OMR 45 (including premium house beverages)

The brunch will comprise both European and Levantine food cooked on a live cooking station.

There will also be a visit by Santa, along with access to Dippy’s Clubhouse, with half price brunch offers for kids aged six-12 and free for those below six.

New Year’s Eve dinner

Location: The Kitchen

Date: December 31

Time: 7pm-1am

Prices: OMR 35 (including soft drinks and juices) and OMR 59 (including house grapes/beverages, and bubbles)

The dinner will provide Asian dishes on live cooking stations, as well as an international buffet.

The hotel also assures there will be a live music band and a number of homemade pastries.

With the dinner is access to Dippy’s Clubhouse, with half price dinner offers for kids aged six-12 and free for those below six.

New Year’s Eve dinner

Location: Bukhara

Date: December 31

Price: OMR 45 (Including select Indian drinks)

A five-course Indian dinner will be served, along with accompanying beers and wines.

New Year’s Eve dinner

Date: December 31

Price: OMR 45 (including select beverages)

Guests will be served a Thai street food-inspired five-course meal.

New Year’s Eve party

Price: OMR 55 (including premium house beverages and gourmet bites) and OMR 59 (including premium house beverages, bubbles and snack bites)

The hotel’s beach-front venue will host a party including music and DJs.

New Year’s Eve party – Children

Location: Dippy’s Clubhouse

Date: December 31

Time: 8pm-1am

The children-orientated party will provide games, arts and crafts and a mini disco party for the younger guests.

New Year’s Day Kempinski brunch 2020

Location: The Kitchen

Date: January 1

Prices: OMR 35 (including soft drinks and juices) and OMR 55 (including premium house beverages)

Omani food, seafood platters, Asian dishes, European dishes and other international cuisine will all be served, along with a pastry selection for guests to welcome in 2020.
