The festive menus extend across a number of Armani’s high-end eateries

There will be a selection of festive menus for Christmas and New Year’sAcross five of the Burj Khalifa-located restaurants .

Armani Hotel Dubai’s Indian restaurant will serve up a Christmas dinner, as well as a New Year’s Eve celebration menu.

The Christmas menu will consist of four-courses, fusing Indian cuisine with traditional seasonal dishes. The dishes include lemongrass prawns and tawa scallops in Chettinad sauce, followed by a sharing portion of the tenderest barra lamb chops, or creamy paneer jalfrezi. There is also a spiced turkey roulade and a lamb vindaloo.

The Christmas menu will run from December 24-25 at 6:30pm till 11:30pm. It will be priced at AED 399 per person.

During New Year’s there will be a five-course menu. It shall be made up of items such as langoustine with purple cauliflower, bhatti ka pigeon, Rajasthani lamb shank, Bengali-style sea bass and a ‘chocolate clock’ dessert.

The New Year’s menu will run during December 31 at 6pm. It will be priced at AED 1,499 per person, inclusive of soft drinks.

Armani/Deli

The hotel’s deli and brunch spot will be offering a Christmas sharing menu, a brunch and a New Year’s seven-course menu.

The sharing menu will consist of four-courses of Italian dishes. It will contain food items such as tuna vitello, burrata with grilled artichoke, and a turkey roulade with pumpkin and chestnuts. There will also be festive desserts, hot chocolate and cookies.

The menu will run from December 25 at 12pm till 11:30pm. It will cost AED 349 per person.

The brunch, named the Festive II Brunch Italiano, will give guests a seafood bar, pasta, risotto, aperitivo, antipasti, a carving station and a selection of desserts.

It will run from December 25 at 12pm till 5pm. It will be priced at AED 349 per person with soft drinks or AED 549 with alcoholic.

The New Year’s menu will be filled with tuna, burrata, pumpkin tortilla, foie gras, grilled wagyu, king mushroom and truffle.

The seven-course menu will be served on December 31 from 6pm. It will be priced at AED 1,499 including soft drinks.

Armani/Mediterraneo

The restaurant will be serving two buffets, one for Christmas and the other for New Year’s.

The Christmas dinner buffet will contain dishes such as roasted persimmon salad, terrines, chilled seafood, gingerbread and traditional Stollen.

The buffet will run from December 24 till 25 at 6:30pm to 10pm. It will be priced at AED 349 per person with soft drinks or AED 499 with alcoholic.

The New Year’s menu will boast a seafood and oyster bar, caviar, turkey galantine, beef Wellington, ouzi and a selection of ice creams along with a chocolate fountain.

This menu will run during December 31 at 6pm. It will cost AED 1,199 per person including soft drinks.  

Armani/Ristorante

The venue’s Christmas menu will contain six-courses, with dishes including scallop carpaccio, squid ink pearls, nettle leaf tortellini and braised wagyu rib with pumpkin, and a chocolate pear sphere.

The menu will run from December 22 till 26 at 6pm till 11:30pm. It will be priced at AED 499 per person.

The New Year’s menu will give guests seven-courses, including specialties like caviar with blinis, spider crab, scorpion fish and wagyu tagliata.

The menu will be available from December 31 at 6pm. It will be priced at AED 1,499 per person including soft drinks.

Armani/Hashi

Finally is Armani/Hashi with its New Year’s menu.

The Japanese venue will serve dishes such as sea urchin with caviar, lobster or asparagus tempura, sashimi, taima wagyu striploin with maitake mushroom, and a matcha green tea sphere.

The menu will run from December 31 at 6pm. It will be priced at AED 1,499 including soft drinks.
