Cé La Vi restaurant offers ‘preview menu’ at the Address Sky View

Situated within the soon-to-be-opened Address Sky View, Cé La Vi is set to offer a ‘preview menu’ in celebration of its launch.
The five-course menu has been created to show what the restaurant has to offer as a contemporary Asian eatery.
The dining experience will be composed of a seaweed parker rolls appetiser, followed by a Spanish blue fin tuna crudo. Mains include wagyu beef and broccoli, followed by Mediterranean sea bass. The celebratory menu closes with a selection of desserts and mini pastries.
The dishes hail from executive chef Howard Ko, an Asian cuisine veteran with more than 11 years’ experience. Speaking to sister-publication Caterer Middle East, Ko said that: “I am delighted to be opening Cé La Vi, a globally renowned dining and entertainment concept in one of the most incredible cities in the world. Dubai is bustling with international restaurant brands and Cé La Vi’s exceptional food and full entertainment offering will be a great addition to the region.”
With the opening of Cé La Vi in Dubai’s Downtown, the brand will be taking its first dive into the Middle East. The restaurant already has venues in Hong Kong, Singapore, Colombo, Taipei, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
The dinner is slated to take place from December 22 – 30 at the 54th floor of the Address Sky View. It will be priced at AED 360 per person, a node to the 360 degree views the hotel promises to offer.
Cé La Vi’s Dubai debut has faced push-backs as the Address Sky View hotel's completion date has been changed. The hotel, which is a twin-tower complex with a ballroom, infinity pool and views of Downtown, was meant to open on November 1, 2019 but has faced delays.
The property's manager, David Simon, told sister-publication Arabian Business: “The Address Sky View opening has been delayed by a few weeks to ensure that we give customers a truly impeccable experience from the very beginning.”
