A Mexican eatery, Chingon, is all set to launch at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Business Bay

The dining venue will feature flavours of Mexico with ingredients, recipes and cooking techniques inspired from Central and South America.

The restaurant will be located on the rooftop of the Grand Millennium Hotel in Business Bay.

Culinary offers include seafood tostadas and tiraditos, traditional tamales, grilled octopus and whole roasted baby chicken as well as a selection of both vegan and vegetarian options. The eatery also serves cocktails. 

Opening on November 21, 2019, Chingon will run every day from 6pm until late in the night.
