Sambusek restaurant launches revamped menu
The dining venue at Rosewood Abu Dhabi has also relaunched its 'Nostalgic Saturdays' brunch
Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Sambusek restaurant has added dishes to its a la carte menu for the winter season.
New dishes include kubbeh nayyeh, the chef’s signature slow-cooked stuffed pumpkin with lamb and rice.
Additionally, Sambusek has relaunched the 'Nostalgic Saturdays' package inclusive of dishes like the fattoush salad and a selection of mezzeh including makanek and chicken liver in pomegranate sauce.
Nostalgic Saturdays runs from 12pm to 4pm.
