Chef Michael White curates thanksgiving meals at Marea, DIFC
The dining venue will be serving a three-course set menu for the occasion
Marea DIFC’s Michelin-starred restaurant chef, Michael White has curated a three-course sharing set menu for Thanksgiving.
The Italian-inspired Thanksgiving meal will feature dishes including tortellini en brodo and butternut squash ravioli.
The restaurant will also serve a Thanksgiving turkey, served with sides of stuffing, cranberry sauce, brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes.
Dessert servings include apple crisp or pecan pie.
The menu will be available all day from 28 to 29 November, 2019.
