Zhen He's has new decor and a freshly overhauled menu.

Zheng He’s, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s celebrated Chinese restaurant, has reopened with a fresh design and new menu from chef Lai Min Wei.

Known for its memorable dishes and innovative cocktails, the restaurant offers contemporary  Chinese cuisine in a dynamic, one-of-a- kind location.
Spearheading  Zheng He’s new menu is Wei, a  Malaysian-born  chef  who  spent  nine years  within  the  global  Hakkasan  franchise  in London, Dubai and Doha.

Under  the  direction  of  Jumeirah  Group’s  chief  culinary officer, Michael Ellis, guests will be offered the same standard of  culinary  excellence  now complemented by  an amplified atmosphere, reflective of  the buzzy eateries of the present-day Far East. The new menu focuses on using the finest ingredients to create timeless yet innovative signature dishes all prepared with a consideration for  tradition  and  age-old techniques.
Speaking on the new concept, Michael Ellis commented: “Jumeirah Mina A’Salam is a well-known dining destination  and  Zheng He’s  is integral  to this. A long- standing favourite on the Dubai restaurant scene, guests visiting  Zheng He’s will  be  impressed  by  Chef  Wei’s  bold approach paired with the restaurant’s refreshed vibe, exceptional service and new design elements”.
