International flavours at Trader Vic’s in October

US-based chef Michael Broderick, brings new fusion menu to the restaurant at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah for four nights

The home of Polynesian cuisine in Dubai, Trader Vic’s JBR will be taking its diners on a culinary journey as Trader Vic’s global corporate executive chef Michael Broderick comes to Dubai to serves up an internationally inspired menu from the 9th to 12th October.

Featuring dishes from Trader Vic’s menus across four different continents, diners can expect an evening filled with worldly flavours. From California – guests can bite into trip-tip toast or the lobster mango salad from London.

For something more substantial, there is tuna tataki from Japan, and the short rib loco moco hailing from Hawaii.

Diners with a sweet tooth can sample the buttered mochiko cake from Japan, or the passion cloud from Germany.
