Flair No. 5 at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC reopens post-summer
Has new Japanese-Peruvian-inspired dishes and a weekly ladies night
Outdoor bar and lounge concept Flair No. 5 has re-opened for the post-summer season at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC.
It is bringing back all of its favourite Japanese-Peruvian-inspired dishes and has added some new items including grilled octopus with peppers, tomatoes, and garlic cream and prawn croquettes with espelette mayo, sister title Caterer Middle East reported.
As well as the Nikkei-influenced menu, there’s a range of cocktails crafted by the venue’s mixologists, including gin-based teas with passion fruit, mango, or berries and sparkling tonic.
Ladies should head down on Wednesday evenings where they can enjoy four complimentary drinks including house wine, Italian sparkling, and a ladies night cocktail of the evening while DJ Carlos plays Balearic island soul music.
Starting October 11 will be the secret garden brunch taking place each Friday from 1pm to 5pm. It’s priced at AED299 per person with soft drinks, AED399 with house drinks, and AED499 with sparkling.
