Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s wedding chef heads to Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort

He will present a menu based on selected dishes from the royal wedding menu with a blend of local produce

One of the chefs tasked with preparing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding menu is set to host an exclusive dining experience in Oman at the Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort this November.

Nikoloas Koulousias will be making an appearance at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort where he will present a menu based on selected dishes from the royal wedding menu with a blend of local produce.

“When I heard that Niko played a major role in the royal wedding of Harry and Meghan, it was an obvious thought to link this event to Diana’s Point. We’re looking forward to a truly memorable experience, to share a glimpse of the wedding that captivated millions, reimagined with an Omani twist. Omani flavours, pomegranates and rosewater blended into the spirit of the royal wedding will be the highlight of the event. With this very special viewpoint as the icing on the cake, there is surely no better way to enjoy the spirit of the occasion,” said Dagmar Symes, general manager of Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort.

Guests will also be invited to an evening cocktail reception hosted by Symes, and a selection of in-room signature amenities created by Koulousias will top off the experience.

The ‘Royal Affair’ dinner will take place on Diana’s Point, which is fittingly named after Prince Harry’s late mother Diana, Princess of Wales who visited the site in 1986.
