Marco Pierre White’s restaurant — Marco’s New York Italian — is set to open on 26 September, 2019 at the five-star property Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi.

The restaurant is inspired by White’s Italian heritage and love for New York.

Commenting on the venue, White said: “Marco’s New York Italian, is all about creating an environment where people can sit and enjoy some great food whatever the occasion and we’ve made sure that the menu and the ambiance reflects just that.

“The idea is that the restaurant isn’t just about selling a meal. It’s a great place to share and socialise whether it’s a night out with friends, a family lunch, or somewhere for parents to take children out for a meal,” he added.

The restaurant will offer a casual, all-day dining experience with a menu that is a mixture of Italian-inspired dishes and American classics.

“We are honoured to open the first international branch of Marco’s New York Italian at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. This marks our second collaboration with Chef Marco following the success of the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill.  We strongly believe that this vibrant all-day dining restaurant will lend itself to be the must go to restaurant at the hotel,” Elias Chakhtoura, general manager, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr said.

The restaurant marks Studio EM’s first collaboration, and a joint venture with the newly formed hotel management company, Black and White International and RMAL Hospitality a hotel and restaurant development business.
