Rixos Premium JBR's Luigia launches revamped menu
Aims to pay tribute to traditional Italian grandmothers’ cooking
The menu aims to pay tribute to the traditional cooking style of Italian grandmothers, matching fresh ingredients with simplicity to create authentic and hearty dishes, sister publication Caterer Middle East reported.
There are new antipasti plates such as carpaccio borbone and fluffy montarina napolatena, a fried pizza dough with buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato, black pepper, and basil.
Mains including spaghetti alla nerano and gnochetti al ragu di ricciola, have also been added, plus bucatini alla carbonara.
For something light but meaty, there’s a wagyu beef filet tagliata with rocket salad and datterini tomoatoes, or ricciola scottata in padella.
