Velaa Private Island collaborates with Michelin-star chefs
The four-hands dining experience is set to launch in November, 2019
Maldives’ Velaa Private Island has launched a four-hands dining experience featuring international Michelin-starred chefs.
Throughout November, each guest chef will collaborate with the island’s executive chef, Gaushan De Silva on a gastronomic menu. Visiting chefs include Denmark’s Brian Mark Hansen, Netherlands’ Alain Alders, Italian chef Valentino Cassanelli and German-based Tristan Brandt.
Dishes prepared will be served at the property’s dining venue, Aragu restaurant.
