The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi will be launching the first branch of Greek restaurant, MAZI outside of London.

The owners of the restaurant, Christina and Adrien Mouratoglou have landed in UAE to introduce Greek flavors with their own twist on classic techniques and contemporary presentation using ingredients sourced directly from Greece.

MAZI’s co-owner, Christina Mouratoglou said: “Our vision is to show the world how innovative, refined and creative Greek food can be. We derive our inspiration from childhood memories and the Mediterranean table, and we reinterpret them with a contemporary twist. The idea is to revive Greece’s sharing culinary tradition in what we like to call a ‘fine-casual’ atmosphere. Our guests can expect to find a fun place to enjoy some great food combined with the intimate service of a fine-dining restaurant.”
