Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio to launch restaurant at Atlantis Resort & Residences

This will be the 'first traditional cebichería in Dubai'

Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio’s is all set to launch his restaurant, La Mar, at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, officials from the hotel have announced.

Acurio’s restaurant at the property will be the “first traditional cebichería (ceviche and seafood restaurant) in Dubai”.

Synonymous with his country’s cuisine, Acurio opened his first restaurant in 1994 and began transforming Lima into the culinary capital of South America. Now, the chef has over 50 restaurants worldwide, including three in the USA

Meanwhile, The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is on track to open its doors to the public by Q3 of 2020, according to a senior executive.
