Dubai will have a ‘dry day’ from 6.30pm on Wednesday, July 29 until 7.30pm on Thursday, July 30.

A circular released by Dubai Tourism noted that due to Eid Al Adha no parties or entertainment activities should be held from the evening of June 29 for a period of just over 24 hours.

The decision will affect all F&B outlets in the emirate, including restaurants and bars, with no music or live performers allowed, and the sale of alcohol not permitted.

Bars have only recently been allowed to operate in Dubai again following the coronavirus pandemic shutdown.
