There are One&Only properties underway in Sanya, Hainan, China and Monetenegro, while of the existing hotels, One&Only Reethi Rah in The Maldives is often classed as the world’s most exclusive destination by travel magazines and awards.
Leibman’s leadership potential was marked very early on in his career, when at aged 25, he became the youngest ever general manager for Ritz-Carlton, in Australia. In 1993, he was appointed as director of operations for Ritz-Carlton’s Australia division with additional responsibility in 1994, as the general manager of the Ritz-Carlton, Double Bay.
