In 2005, Abdulla Bin Sulayem joined Nakheel as director of operations. After six years with the Dubai-based developer he moved to leading real estate and hospitality developer Seven Tides International.
In his role as CEO, he has overall responsibility for the company’s portfolio of luxury five-star properties.
Earlier this year Seven Tides announced a management agreement with Spanish Hospitality giants, The Barceló Group, who became the operator of Dukes Dubai and rebranded to Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel denoting the first property in the region under the Barceló Group’s Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts brand.
The brand has F&B projects, recently announcing the opening of Lime Tree Café and BFF Gastro Bar & Lounge at Ibn Battuta Gate Office Building.
Seven Tides has implemented paperless systems, installed Tesla Destination Charging connectors and signed a contract with Etihad Energy Service Company (Etihad ESCO) to implement a range of energy conservation measures across all resorts, residential and commercial properties.
