UAE’s Premiere Hotel Group boosts direct booking

Hotel operators call on the services of BookLogic in a bid to boost direct bookings for its five UAE properties

UAE’s Première Hotels Group has taken a step towards increasing direct booking for its rooms with the implementation of BookLogic.

The portfolio of five hotels, resorts and hotel apartments in the United Arab Emirates has updated its bookings systems to improve revenue by targeting the customer directly.

The hotel group has tied up with BookLogic with as its hotel technology partner to improve the performance of its website and online marketing and distribution.

In Sharjah, Premiere Group operates the 86-key Sharjah Première Hotel and Resort, the 134-room Lou’lou’a Beach Resort and suites, and the 86-unit Al-Majaz Première Hotel Apartment.

In Dubai the group operates a 34-storey hotel apartments building with 142 furnished apartments, along with the City Première Hotel Apartments – Deluxe, a 43-storey apartment building with 271 units.

BookLogic will support Première Group to address direct bookings through the BookLogic Smart Booking Engine and its online hotel distribution & GDS/IDS connectivity that connects the properties to the world’s GDSs such as – Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, and World-span, as well as more than 150 online travel web portals.

All channels and direct bookings are running through the new systems to manage a range of room types including deluxe guest rooms and suites, business suites, and executive suites, as well as luxurious units consisting of one, two, three-bedroom apartments and penthouse.

Première Group group director – sales and marketing Ismat Huque said: “As a new player in the market, BookLogic has shown us that it can make significant gains in direct bookings, while helping us optimise the performance of our existing third party channels. Direct connections to the most important and powerful OTAs is providing access to a wider audience, while the technology is improving the efficiency distribution for our sales and marketing department.”
