Rosewood Abu Dhabi has announced summer brunch promotions at its eatery Aqua Restaurant.
The Aqua Friday Brunch comprises complimentary pool access and a multi-cuisine brunch spread served from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm, which includes a seafood bar, a ceviche and soup station, and a bread and pie corner. The Aqua Friday Brunch, known as the Gourmet package, also includes unlimited soft drinks and an assortment of live cooking stations.
The Connoisseur package includes unlimited grapes, hops and mixology blend. Minors can enjoy a child-friendly menu complete with an ice-cream station and hot desserts.
Every Saturday, Aqua hosts the Rock and Roast, which provides guests with pool access while children can also leverage Rosebuds, the kids’ club at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.This package offers unlimited starters including a soup of the day, roasted vegetables and a taco corner.
The live carving station of roasts offers 12 types of cuts varying from duck, chicken, beef and lamb. Signature cuts include roast veal brisket, hand-pulled lamb shoulders and beef striploin.
Dessert choices range from grilled pineapple to a dessert station in the main dining area featuring an array of cakes, pastries, tarts and fruits. The package includes unlimited hops, grapes and cocktails and a complimentary day pass to the pool.

The spa and pool package at the hotel offers guests a 90-minute deep tissue or fusion massage at Rosewood’s luxury Sense Spa. The deal also offers day access to the pool and an additional food and beverage credit redeemable at the pool bar.
This summer offer is valid daily until August 31 for spa treatments booked between 10 am and 6 pm.
