Galvin Dubai has introduced an alternative take on weekend dining with a three-course prix fixe menu.
The new Friday and Saturday ‘UnBrunch’ will feature signatures dishes by chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin, who head Michelin-starred restaurants, combined with beverages and live music.
Guests can sample Mediterranean basin cuisine and indulge in a variety of starters such as seabass carpaccio, confit duck and spiced fig samosa, pressed chicken terrine and garden on ice.
There is also an extensive selection of main courses freshly prepared to order including risotto of charred aubergine, homemade comté tortellini, roast pavé of sea bass as well as grilled beef sirloin and braised lamb shoulder. Guests can end their meal with coconut and lime panna cotta, profiteroles or Valrhona chocolate fondant.
The UnBrunch menu will be available every Friday and Saturday
