On November 24, Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers will host 24/11, an event featuring 23 of Dubai’s top chefs and Alfredo Russo for an 11-hour culinary experience.
Russo, who heads Michelin-starred restaurant Dolce Stil Novo, has partnered with WG Magazines and Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers for the event where all culinary proceeds will be donated to the Al Jalila Foundation. The foundation is a not-for-profit organisation founded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.
Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers hotel manager Hector Rodriguez Ladeveze said: “We are very excited to continue playing a central role in the city’s gastronomic landscape and celebrate the great talent we have in the context of giving back to the community through our partnership with the Al Jalila Foundation”.
Guests will be able to sample signature dishes from chefs including Reif Othman, Colin Clague, Tim Newton, James Knight-Pacheco, Pradeep Khullar, Gilles Bosquet, Thorsten Killan from Al Muntaha – Burj Al Arab Jumeirah among others.
“This 11 Hour Brunch is a feast for the palate, a special culinary experience that showcases the perfect mix of culture that makes the gastronomy in Dubai so special. Alfredo Russo said in a statement: “The idea to create this event was born during a conversation with my friend Flavel, as a joke. The concept of this event is to deliver the best brunch experience to the all the expats who are living in Dubai, giving them the chance without taking a taxi to try 24 signatures in just one location. The mission to arrange this special event is to support the kids affected by cancer for Al Jalila Foundation.”

The event will be held in association with Bragard, Lavazza, Food Source International, Italtouch, MonViso, Jazz Furniture Factory, Casinetto, Safco, répertoire culinaire, Paoletti, Tarall’Oro and My Quality and Convenience.
Packages range from AED 350 for a four hour package to AED 800 per person for a forty eight course menu, which includes both signature and new dishes.
