Drift, Dubai’s newest beachfront destination, will open its doors on November 23.

Under the direction of chef de Cuisine Maxime Le Van, Drift Restaurant aims to showcase an innovative take on classic Provençal cuisine. The menu features an emphasis on organic ingredients, freshness and simplicity complemented by a cocktail menu curated by mixologist Eric Ballard.
