Yongsheng Hu has joined The China Club at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek in the capacity of sous chef.
With over two decades of experience in cooking Chinese, Japanese and Thai Cuisines, Hu has worked in Chinese restaurants in China for about 10 years.
His culinary expertise expands to Korean, Japanese and Thai cuisines.
With more than five years of experience in the UAE, Hu graduated with marketing major in 1991 from the School of Fushun.
