History of the show

Arabian Travel Market first opened its doors in 1994 at the Dubai World Trade Centre with 52 nations, 300 exhibitors and 7,000 trade visitors. 29 years later, ATM now facilitates $2.5 billion in industry deals and attracts thousands of exhibitors and travel trade visitors from around the world through its live and virtual events.

One of the standout sessions from the line-up comprise  “Trends Shaping the Future of Hospitality in the Middle East” will take place, featuring influential voices from the hospitality sector. This session will open with Haitham Mattar, managing director at IHG Hotels & Resorts for the Middle East, Africa, and South West Asia. Mattar will set the stage by discussing the complexities involved in navigating the hospitality industry’s transformation, focusing on how businesses can identify emerging markets and leverage international tourism trends to future-proof their operations.

A collaborative presentation by Marriott International and MasterCard will delve into the evolving needs of travellers, outlining the key pillars that are shaping the future of travel. There will be comprehensive panel discussions exploring the practical impacts of these trends across various functions in the hospitality industry, such as marketing, operations, and commercial strategies. Panelists including Seymone Leigh Moodley, Sandeep Walia, Amnah Ajmal, Adrian Messerli, and Bassem Saudy will discuss key shifts and emerging disruptors that stakeholders should monitor to stay ahead of the curve.

What is the ticket fee?

Entry is free for industry professionals if registered in advance through the official website. However, starting from April 30, a fee of AED 240 (approximately USD 65) will be charged.
