Alila Jabal Akhdar’s classification has been revised to a five-star boutique hotel, one of the first in Oman to be awarded by the Ministry of Tourism for its new boutique classification.
The resort’s general manager Julian Ayers, said in a statement: “It is a great honour to be recognised for our efforts; we as a team, along with our owner Omran, have worked passionately to consistently deliver a memorable experience which is staying true to the Alila philosophy of creating bespoke and surprisingly different experiences.”
Jabal Akhdar, meaning ‘The Green Mountain’ in Arabic, is part of the Al Hajar mountain ranges.
