Dubai-based regional F&B operator Eathos has opened fifth Kababji Grill outlet in the UAE, and its first in Abu Dhabi.
The Lebanese restaurant is now present as Kababji Express, a fast service concept, in The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, located on South Café Terrace.
Kababji Grill arrived in the UAE in October 2015, with antibiotic-free chicken, farm-raised lamb, handpicked vegetables, and a choice of white, wheat or oat bread on the menu.
Eathos has a multi-million dollar investment plan for the Kababji Grill brand, including further outlets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia planned in 2017.
Faysal Younes, CEO of Eathos said: “Our strategy for Kababji Grill expansion is focused on smaller, express-type units that will delivery quickly and still offer the highest quality product. We are excited to open an outlet in such an iconic dining destination in Abu Dhabi – The Galleria, Al Maryah Island which will turn mall shoppers into Kababji Grill diners. The surrounding area offers an excellent opportunity for our delivery business, a core component of our roll-out plan.”
